Christie Realty Building, AKA the Wax Museum Building, is a two-story office and retail structure on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood. Built in 1928, the Spanish Colonial Revival style building was designed by prominent architect Carl Jules Weyl.

The Belmont Fire and Police substation was designed in a Renaissance Revival style and built by the firm of Wright and Gentry. The fire station, commonly known as Engine Company No. 8, remains an active station since it opened on August 1, 1929.

The Royer Mansion in Orange was built in 1900 for Dr. Daniel Franklin Royer, a distinguished early pioneer of the City. After he died in 1929, the mansion became a mortuary, then changed ownership twice before becoming an office building.

When the Warner Hollywood Theatre opened on April 26, 1928, it was the largest theatre of its day in Hollywood seating over 2700. The theater was part of a larger structure with retail space on the ground floor and three floors of office space.

The two-story Petersen Building, at the corner of Hollywood Blvd and Orange Dr, was built in 1929 as the home of a local Cadillac dealership. The restrained Art Deco style showroom was designed by the prominent architectural firm of Meyer and Holler.

The Classical Revival Verbal Building at Yale and Second in Claremont, considered one of the finest commercial buildings in the Village, was built in 1912 for the Claremont National Bank. It then served as the Bank of America for many years.
