The 2-story Wilcox Manor on South Pasadena Avenue in Tustin was built in 1880. The property probably started as a 3-story hotel and stagecoach stop. Charles Wheaton Wilcox purchased the property in 1898 and removed one of the original stories.

The Tustin Presbyterian Church was organized in 1882. The congregation’s 2nd and current church building replaced a Victorian chapel that had been built in 1884 at Main and C Streets on property donated by David and Mathilde Hewes.

Jamestown Village, a shopping center in Old Town Tustin, was built by Claude T. Gilbreath in two stages starting in 1960, ending in 1962. A feature of the shopping center is the Little Tree Church that was built around an old oak tree.

The vintage 785-square-foot drive-through that once catered to Alta-Dena Dairy customers is, as of February 1, 2024, the latest caffeine hub in Tustin. The Googie-style store had been a noticeable staple in the city for over 70 years.

The Stevens House in Tustin was built in 1887 by Sherman Stevens for his bride, Martha Snow. The home stood among acres of oranges and avocados with a garden of exotic plants and trees and an aviary filled with exotic birds.

The two blimp hangars that established Naval Lighter-Than-Air Station Santa Ana in Tustin were built in 1942. Constructed of Oregon Douglas fir, they are among the largest freestanding wooden structures in the world.
