Santa Ana Water Tower

The 153 foot tall water tower owned by the City of Santa Ana looms just off the I5 (Santa Ana) freeway on Penn Way. It was built in 1928 to hold 1 million gallons of water, enough to supply the city’s 30,000 residents. Other water storage facilities have been built since, but it is still used to hold 800,000 gallons.
