Thriller House

Michael Sanders was the first owner of this 1887 Queen Anne/Eastlake home on Carroll Avenue in Los Angeles. Its exterior featured prominently in the climax of the epic 1983 video for Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” directed by John Landis.

The Innes House is one of the original homes constructed during the development of Carroll Avenue. For fans of Aaron Spelling’s television series “Charmed,” this is Halliwell Manor, home of three sisters known as “The Charmed Ones.”

6th Street Viaduct

The Sixth Street Viaduct was designed by architect Michael Maltzan to be a landmark to replace a landmark in Los Angeles. Opened on July 9 2022, it replaced an irreparably deteriorating 1932 overpass completed for LA’s 1st Olympic Games.
