Victor Condo

Nicknamed for its Victorian-style facade, the Victor Condo building in Carlsbad, built in the early 1980s, was the first work in the distinctive post-modern “Blendo” style created by San Diego architects Ted Smith and Kathleen McCormick.

Pujol Schoolhouse

In 1889, Mercedes Pujol donated land on which the city of Temecula constructed its 1st school building in what is now Old Town: a classic 1-room, frontier-style schoolhouse. The building served the families of Temecula for over 25 years.
