A Photography Project
The Minerva Park Place Historic District in Long Beach, a narrow street lined with 16 Spanish Colonial Revival homes, was established in 1989 to preserve the houses built by street resident and building contractor Frank Smith in 1925.

In July, 1982, the Bluff Park Historic District became the 2nd neighborhood given historic landmark status by the City of Long Beach. The district consists mainly of homes built between 1903 and 1949 in a variety of architectural styles.
