Cork ‘n Bottle

Originally Simpson’s Radio & Frigidaire Company, the Cork ’n Bottle liquor store occupied this building from 1950 to 2016. Built in 1935, it is a rare example of an Art Moderne style building in Palm Springs. It is designated as a Class I Historic Site, affording it the highest protections, owned by the City which is managing its sale and renovation.
