Beverly Ranch

The Beverly Ranch orange grove was established in 1880 by Will and Elizabeth Eddy. After Mr. Eddy died, Elizabeth married John Fisk and together they built the grove’s main house, designed by Corydon B Bishop, in 1890. The orange grove is still in operation and the Queen Anne style house is a private residence. The Ranch is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a California Point of Historical Interest.
