Historic Chinatown Boundary

The bustling Chinatown of 19th century Los Angeles was demolished during the construction of Union Station in the 1930s. A red brick stripe running across the length of the plaza between the station and the Metropolitan Water District building marks one of the original Chinatown boundaries.
