The Doctors House
Built by real estate developer E. T. Byram in the late 19th century, the Doctors House in Glendale was considered one of the most fashionable Queen Anne-Eastlake style homes in its district. It was the successive home to four well known doctors before becoming the home of silent screen star Nell Shipman and her family. The house and gazebo were moved to their current site in Brand Park in 1980. The house is now a museum operated by the Glendale Historical Society.
