Lincoln Park Historic District

The Lincoln Park Historic District is a 45 block residential neighborhood in Pomona. The District consists of 821 structures, mostly single family homes built from the 1890s to the 1940s. The district draws its name from Lincoln Park, located in the northeast part of the district. The park has been a focal point for family activities since its founding in 1908. The area offers slices of architectural history spanning the spectrum of half a century. Late Victorian and National Folk houses, Craftsman and Craftsman-influenced, late 19th and 20th Century Revival, Bungalows, Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor/Classical and Modern styles provide a kaleidoscope of rich architectural detail. Four churches and three other structures also contribute to the district. The District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
