Chet Holifield Federal Building
The US Department of Homeland Security and the Internal Revenue Service currently have offices in the Chet Holifield Federal Building, locally known as the Ziggurat, in Laguna Niguel. Designed by William Pereira, it was built in 1968 for North American Aviation. It became US government property in 1974 and is managed by the General Services Administration.
