https://socallandmarks.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/edred.jpg1200800Millard Sheets’ 40-by-16-foot "Pleasures Along the Beach" mosaic mural has been installed at the Hilbert Museum of California Art in Orange as the artist envisioned. Sheets created the mural for the Santa Monica Home Savings in 1969. It was restored by Brian Worley who worked on the mosaic as an intern in 1969. The finished mosaic was unveiled on January 30, 2024.
